\u00a0Among the different application requirements, you have to articulate <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">how<\/span><\/strong> you expect to <em>contribute<\/em> to the cohort and the course. \u00a0Sounds familiar?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><em><span style=\"color: #800000\">Once you are in, content delivery begins!<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#8220;The aspirations 性视界 Business School sought to address when the case method was developed more than 100 years ago would appear to be just as strong in their new online reincarnation&#8221; \u00a0Emma Simmons [2]\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d3.harvard.edu\/platform-rctom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/11\/DISRU.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15072 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/d3.harvard.edu\/platform-rctom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/11\/DISRU-175x300.png\" alt=\"disru\" width=\"247\" height=\"424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d3.harvard.edu\/platform-rctom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/11\/DISRU-175x300.png 175w, https:\/\/d3.harvard.edu\/platform-rctom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/11\/DISRU-596x1024.png 596w, https:\/\/d3.harvard.edu\/platform-rctom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/11\/DISRU-349x600.png 349w, https:\/\/d3.harvard.edu\/platform-rctom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/11\/DISRU.png 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 247px) 100vw, 247px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you ask me, this is where they really got it right! \u00a0One of the main challenges to replicate the class discussion was overcoming the asynchronicity inherent to the online learning model&#8230; so they developed content that -although self paced- had a particular set of characteristics[3]:<\/p>\n<p>1. Content is available at specific set dates, not all at once. It includes videos, interactive graphs and exercises. \u00a0All video content, of course, delivered by HBS faculty.<\/p>\n<p>2. You cannot advance in a module until you go through all the content. \u00a0 How do they make sure that you do? \u00a0 you guessed it !! COLD CALLS, polls and trigger questions\u00a0spread throughout every module, which are available for all the Cohort to read and comment[4]. \u00a0 This also reinforces <strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">class participation,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0one of the most distinctive aspects of the HBS learning experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">3.
